How uploads work
Photo or short-video capture with on-device compression, progress, cancel and retry. Players and guardians upload from the player dashboard.
Media is optional. Attestation alone records the activity.
Large files are compressed on-device before upload to save data. Uploads stay private until a guardian approves them.

- Day posts notify that day's donors.
- Participant highlights and final compilations notify all of that participant's donors.
