What we collect
Supporter name, email, and contribution details needed to issue a receipt and send updates. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by this site.

Student and minor privacy
No student personal information is shown publicly. Progress Posts are optional, guardian approved, and visible only to supporters of the relevant date, participant, or campaign.
Supporter visibility
Donor names are shown publicly only if a supporter chooses a display name. Anonymous is the default, and guardian or student contact details are never public.
Access without an account
Supporters use a secure link from their receipt email to reach their update center. No password or account is created.
Notifications
Supporters receive email plus in-app records. Booster Club staff receive email plus in-app digests. Players receive site notifications only and are never sent campaign email.
Retention and requests
Records are kept as long as needed for financial reporting and program transparency. To request removal of media or contact details, email support@give.roundrockbasketball.org.
